Terms of Service

TradeComply helps you track the certificates and documents your accreditation schemes depend on, and reminds you before they expire. It is a record-keeping and reminder tool — it is not legal, insurance or accreditation advice, and it does not verify your documents with any scheme or issuer.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login secure. You must have authority to add any colleague as a reminder recipient. You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, or use it unlawfully.

We work hard to send your reminders reliably, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own accreditations. Email delivery depends on third parties and can fail or be delayed, so reminders are provided on a best-efforts basis and should support — not replace — your own diligence. The single “provable until” date is our best computation from the information you provide; it is only as accurate as that information.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. Prices are as displayed in the app. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and your vault and export remain available to you.

Your documents and data remain yours. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data at any time from your Account page.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a lapse in an accreditation you were responsible for maintaining. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
